Job Description: Operations Analyst – Supply Chain

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst – Supply Chain to
monitor, optimize, and improve supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have
experience in analyzing supply chain data, tracking KPIs, improving operational efficiency,
and providing insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Track and report on key supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, inventory, planning, and warehousing teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis on supply chain issues and delays.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning processes.
• Work with and supply chain management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Unicommerce)
• Support cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain data.

- Supplier On-Time Delivery
- Cost of Goods Purchased
- Supplier Defect Rate
Inventory Management:
Daily dashboard to monitor inventory
- Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO)
- Stockout Rate , physical location audit
- Carrying Cost of Inventory
- Shrinkage/Obsolescence Rate
Logistics & Delivery:
- On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
- Freight Cost per Unit
- Transportation Lead Time
- Delivery Accuracy
- Reverse Logistics/Returns Rate
Customer Service:
- Order Fulfillment Cycle Time
- Customer Order Accuracy
- Perfect Order Rate
Financial:
- Cost per Order
- Supply Chain Cost as % of Sales
- Working Capital (Inventory, Payables, Receivables)
- Total Landed Cost
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a
plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (Advanced), Power BI, SQL, Python (optional).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands on experience in unicommere will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in e-commerce & retail
• Strong visualization and reporting skills
